Sprouting Knowledge teams work in pairs alongside children ages 3-5 to guide children on outdoor adventures though Kamloops nature parks in our flagship Forest School programming model. Our programming philosophy focuses on play as a pathway for children’s growth and expansion.
With the guidance and resources of your director you will be responsible for executing our exciting preschool age programming which has been custom designed and prepared for you. You will prepare your gear and materials before the start of program and arrive on site ready to implement a wide range of outdoor programs, activities, play and games.
As a outdoor preschool age leader you are responsible for the physical and emotional safety of children. This is a role we take very seriously at Sprouting Knowledge. You must be committed to consistently being a safe adult and a mentor.
